My mission is to provide acupuncture, bodywork therapy and Chinese medicine to provide a safe, nourishing space for you to restore yourself to inner calm, a supple body and a revitalized spirit.

The focus of each treatment is always to calm the nervous system, and from there I work intuitively drawing on tools honed in over 20 years of working with clients. I integrate neuro-meridian acupuncture, sports and orthopedic acupuncture and somatic, hands on approaches that draw from physical therapy, massage therapy, exercise physiology and Chinese medicine. I also draw from subtle techniques such as Reiki and Qigong.

My mission is to provide acupuncture, bodywork therapy and Chinese medicine rehabilitate, restore and reinvigorate your mind, body and spirit to a state of sustainable vitality. I strive to provide a safe, dynamic and nourishing space for you to reconnect with your confidence, perform at your best and embody your potential.

My foundation as a dancer, swimmer, runner, meditator has ignited my passion for the mind body connection - that led me to bodywork, acupuncture, Chinese Medicine therapeutics, and somatic psychology. Now, my priority is to help you recover your wellness so that you can shine fully and compassionately in your life.

I completed a Masters of Science degree in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture the Pacific College of Health Sciences in New York City from 2006-2012, concentrating on Acupuncture for Pain Management, Psychological Healing, Asian Bodywork and Chinese Herbal Medicine. In 2013, I studied Somatic Psychology at California Institute of Integral Studies, focusing on therapeutic communication, trauma-informed approaches and body-centered mindfulness practices. I have an integrative practice that incorporates somatic mindfulness, bodywork, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, therapeutic listening and movement.
