I strive to keep things affordable; however, the cost of materials and supplies has increased this year. Time of Service Discounts and package discounts are available. I am an out-of-network provider for many Insurance companies. The billing rates include the cost of labor, time, administrative expenses and software for insurance billing. Please note the updated 2025 fees here.

My foundation as a dancer, swimmer, runner, meditator has ignited my passion for the mind body connection - that led me to bodywork, acupuncture, Chinese Medicine therapeutics, and somatic psychology. Now, my priority is to help you recover your wellness so that you can shine fully and compassionately in your life.

I completed a Masters of Science degree in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture the Pacific College of Health Sciences in New York City from 2006-2012, concentrating on Acupuncture for Pain Management, Psychological Healing, Asian Bodywork and Chinese Herbal Medicine. In 2013, I studied Somatic Psychology at California Institute of Integral Studies, focusing on therapeutic communication, trauma-informed approaches and body-centered mindfulness practices. I have an integrative practice that incorporates somatic mindfulness, bodywork, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, therapeutic listening and movement.
